He was not aggressive and took plenty of time explaining options, and “how things work” to us old folks. Kimberly was very professional and did a great job explaining the vehicles operations and features.
I was really surprised to find out she was fairly new to the job, as she really displayed expertise in the product and sales process.
Note: A few things we were not sure about on the operation of the stereo, it was late when I took delivery and most staff had already gone.
Kimberly called called and followed up next day (Great Service!).

Here are my responses to your questions: ? Eric provided all the information and demonstrations I needed to understand my new Jeep; he was highly knowledgeable and effective. ? He spent all the time I needed in this regard, and ? he reviewed all of the Jeep's features. ? He omitted nothing; it was a thorough presentation, and he answered completely each of my questions. Finally, ? Eric introduced me to Lance Newton who explained very well the Service Department as it relates to my vehicle.
Eric was at all times highly professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He gave me his full attention, and he communicated with me at every step of the process.
My transaction with T&C was pleasant and successful in all regards. It was a great experience for me.

Good day. I want to say that Erik was very helpful and he clearly has
knowledge and experience in his line of work. He was personal and friendly
which made the process easier. Whenever I take my 2 kids (2 ½ and 2 month
old) with me, I grow impatient. We left the dealership at 9 one night and
we got there at 7. Erik was very calm and helped me relax. It’s obvious
how one can communicate will determine the quality of the salesman and the
reputation of the company. Erik definitely represents Town and Country to
